Delivery Coordinator

Job Summary

A & N Ready Cargo Express Corp is seeking a motivated and dependable Delivery Coordinator to join our growing logistics team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating moving parts, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in daily delivery coordination, driver communication, and customer service while gaining valuable experience in the transportation and logistics industry.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate daily delivery and freight schedules to ensure timely and efficient operations
• Dispatch drivers and track shipments from pickup to final delivery
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding delivery times, updates, and special requests
• Prepare, review, and maintain delivery orders, load sheets, and shipment documents
• Monitor routes and adjust schedules to account for traffic, delays, or urgent needs
• Collaborate with warehouse staff for smooth loading and unloading of cargo
• Resolve delivery issues such as delays, missing items, or paperwork discrepancies
• Maintain accurate shipment records and reports
• Support continuous improvement of logistics and delivery processes

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in logistics, dispatch, delivery coordination, or transportation preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and stay focused under pressure
• Comfortable using computers (Excel, email, dispatch/TMS systems a plus)
• Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.80 - $23.55 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
