Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Delivery and Store Coordinator at Global Village under Dubai Holding Entertainment . Key responsibilities include monitoring and controlling warehouse inventory, managing stock ordering, and optimizing storage solutions. The F&B Coordinator will work closely with various teams to ensure that inventory levels are maintained, orders are fulfilled accurately, and storage space is utilized effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Raise purchase orders and follow up for purchase orders from procurement.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Oversee and manage the movement of supplies, products, and merchandise in and out of the warehouse.
• Regularly check inventory levels to ensure they align with demand and supply forecasts.
• Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and losses.
• Assess inventory needs and place orders for stock replenishment based on current and projected demand.
• Optimize storage solutions to maximize warehouse space and ensure efficient organization of inventory.
• Implement best practices for inventory storage, including labeling, shelving, and product placement.
• Monitor and maintain appropriate storage conditions to preserve product quality.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to streamline the flow of goods and reduce delays.
• Document and track any incidents or issues related to inventory management, conduct regular audits and inspections, and ensure adherence to safety regulations and warehouse procedures.
• Operate equipment as per company guidelines, deliver/transfer products to different locations, assist with stock counts, maintain cleanliness, and perform any other tasks required by the business.

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:
