We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Delivery Coordinator to join our dynamic B2B team. In this role, you will act as the key link between clients, warehouse, and delivery teams - ensuring smooth, timely, and accurate order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for coordinating deliveries between clients, warehouse, and delivery teams
• Schedule and manage deliveries based on each client's specific requirements (gate passes, special handling, restricted delivery windows, etc.)
• Provide clients with accurate and timely updates on order status and delivery schedules
• Verify invoices and all required paperwork before dispatch
• Ensure compliance with client-specific procedures, including handling of major accounts such as Aramco
• Quickly identify and resolve logistical issues during order fulfillment
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries
• Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, supply chain, or a similar role (preferably in a B2B environment)
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deliveries and client requirements
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience handling Aramco deliveries is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
