Delivery Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator

Role Summary

Happys Appliances is hiring a strong, highly organized Delivery Dispatcher to coordinate and manage appliance deliveries across multiple locations.

This person will become the central communication point for delivery logistics, routing, scheduling adjustments, driver coordination, and delivery-related customer communication. We are looking for someone assertive, fast-thinking, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple moving parts at once. This role requires urgency, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate deliveries
• Route delivery teams efficiently
• Communicate with drivers throughout the day
• Handle delivery-related customer calls and updates
• Resolve logistical issues quickly
• Coordinate between warehouse, customer service, and delivery teams
• Track delivery delays, damages, and recurring issues
• Maintain delivery notes and documentation
• Assist customer service team during downtime
• Help improve delivery efficiency and accountability
