Delivery Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate delivery pick up to transport mattresses and related products to customers' locations according to scheduled routes.
• Ensure the safe loading and unloading of products, securing them appropriately for transport.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation, including customer signatures and receipts.
• Communicate effectively with the dispatcher and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and handle any customer inquiries or issues professionally.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and experience operating delivery trucks.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a delivery driver role preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle inquiries positively and professionally.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy items as required.
• Strong time management skills to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliveries efficiently.
• 25 to 35 years old.
