Delivery Driver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and punctual Food Delivery Driver to join our team. The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely delivering food orders from our kitchen or restaurant to customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that orders are complete, well-packaged, and meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver food orders accurately and promptly.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Load, transport, and deliver food items using a company-provided vehicle or personal vehicle (if applicable).
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, kitchen staff, and customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the delivery vehicle.
• Collect payments or verify online payments, if required.
• Follow traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle delivery-related complaints professionally.
• Report any incidents, delays, or vehicle issues to the supervisor immediately.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with delivery platforms.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance is a plus.
• Familiarity with local delivery zones and customer service best practices.
