Delivery Driver

River Barrel Distributing is seeking a hard-working and skilled Driving Professional to add to our Kent driving team. They will be responsible for delivering beer kegs and package to our growing customer base throughout the Greater Seattle Area, as well as providing excellent customer service to our accounts. This position requires a strong work-ethic, excellent driving ability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment

Job Duties include (but not limited to):

· Driving a sprinter van or box truck to deliver beer on multiple routes, spanning King, Snohomish, Pierce, Thurston, and Kitsap counties

· Providing excellent customer service to accounts

· Keeping accurate inventory of outgoing and incoming product on your route

· Loading and unloading vans with a focus on safety and efficiency

Skills:

· Ability to safely and effectively drive and park larger vans and box trucks in a variety of locations and traffic conditions

· Prior commercial driving or delivery experience preferred

· Strong time management and decision-making skills

· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Requirements:

· 21+ with a clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation to and from work location

· Able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time, up to 10 hours per day

· Able to lift 160lbs+ on a consistent basis for up to 10 hours per day

· Working cellphone and ability to run and operate company software

· Able to pass a DOT physical and standard USDOT driving test

· Prior experience in the Craft Beer industry or knowledge of craft beer a plus!
