Delivery Driver

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods to various destinations, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and maintaining positive interactions with clients. Experience with warehouse operations, commercial driving, and handling various delivery equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles to deliver products to customers and clients.
• Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling techniques, ensuring proper safety procedures are followed.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of goods at warehouses or delivery sites.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with transportation regulations.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies during route driving.

Skills

• Proven experience as a delivery driver, courier, or in a similar role involving route driving.
• Experience operating box trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely.
• Knowledge of manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
• Familiarity with route planning and navigation tools for efficient deliveries.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; <PERSON> driver certification is advantageous, and Does Not Need a CDL.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks including load & unload activities.
• Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with commercial driving regulations is beneficial for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,200.00 per month
