Job Summary

AllPro Distributing is hiring a Non-CDL Delivery Driver based out of Clinton, TN to operate a 26-foot box truck on assigned delivery routes. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort using a smartphone for delivery documentation, including photos and notes.

Schedule & Hours

• Monday – Friday
• 7–11 hour shifts, depending on route
• Route times vary, including:
• Start times: 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM
• End times: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Flexibility with start times is required

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 26ft non-CDL box truck
• Deliver products to customers accurately and on time
• Use a company smartphone to:
• Take delivery photos
• Enter delivery notes
• Confirm deliveries
• Maintain frequent communication with dispatch and customers
• Load, unload, and lift heavy items as required
• Follow all company safety policies and DOT requirements

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (Non-CDL)
• Must be able to pass DOT physicals
• Experience driving a box truck preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical work
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work early mornings and variable start times
