Duties

• Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles with manual transmission to deliver goods across designated routes
• Load and unload cargo using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques while adhering to safety protocols
• Plan efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and ensure on-time arrivals
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients professionally, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction upon delivery
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle inspection records
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery status, delays, or issues encountered during routes
• Assist with warehouse tasks when needed, including inventory management and moving stock within the facility

Skills

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with a strong knowledge of route driving techniques
• Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles with manual transmissions
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks; certification is a plus
• Ability to lift heavy loads repeatedly and perform physical tasks related to moving and loading cargo
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; <PERSON> driver certification preferred
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy lifting, moving, and vehicle operation

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
