Drivers wanted who have their own van, Sprinter van or other type of vehicle… with previous delivery experience.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver in your OWN van or your OWN cargo truck / CAR OR SUV

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will be the face of our company during deliveries. The Delivery Driver will also be responsible for loading and unloading items, maintaining the vehicle, and adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

Duties

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle, including box trucks and manual transmission vehicles.
• Load and unload goods efficiently using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Follow designated routes for timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws.
• Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients at delivery locations.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability.
• Handle heavy lifting and moving of products as required during deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage, fuel usage, and delivery confirmations.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, providing familiarity with loading/unloading processes.
• Experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type.
• Prior experience as a delivery driver or courier is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely and efficiently.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts and pallet jacks is advantageous.

Pay: $173.07 - $208.43 per day
