Delivery Driver

Delivery associates are responsible for performing a variety of functions which include, but are not limited to:

- Load and unload truck as needed/assigned based of loading manifest for the day

- Have a strong attention to detail and excellent time management and organizational skills

- Assemble and process furniture for deliveries

- Serve customers with a high level of courtesy

- Scheduling: 4 10-hour shifts(may change to 5 8-hour shifts depending on season) with minimum 1 Saturday per month

- Maintain product, tools, equipment, and keep work areas in a clean, orderly and safe manner

- Able to lift, lower, push or pull furniture up to and in excess of 150+ lbs

- Setup and disposal of furniture according to company policy

- Maintain a working knowledge of operating procedures

- General knowledge of U.P. geography a plus

- Position requires being away from distribution center for extended periods of time while delivering product

- Possess a strong commitment to safety policies and procedures

- No overnight stays or deliveries required

- Clean driving record required

- Ability to obtain DOT Physical Examination Required (Company reimbursable if needed)

- Ability to obtain Chauffeur's License Required

- Must be able to pass a full background check

This position is a full time 40-hour work week with potential overtime depending on season
