Delivery Driver

Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and packages to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, has a good driving record, and enjoys working independently. Responsibilities

• Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles to deliver goods across assigned routes.
• Load and unload packages, ensuring items are handled with care and secured properly during transit.
• Follow designated routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Assist with warehouse tasks such as moving inventory using forklifts or pallet jacks when needed.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation at all times.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate any issues or delays promptly.

Experience

• Prior delivery driver experience preferred. Mountain and winter driving is necessary.
• Familiarity with route driving and navigation tools is a plus.
• Experience in warehouse environments involving heavy lifting, moving, or forklift operation is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required; commercial driver’s license (CDL) not necessary.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
