Duties

• Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles with manual transmission to deliver products to customers efficiently and on schedule.
• Load, secure, and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring all items are handled with care.
• Plan and follow optimized delivery routes to maximize efficiency while maintaining punctuality.
• Interact professionally with customers during deliveries, providing friendly service and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Verify delivery accuracy by inspecting shipments, completing necessary documentation, and obtaining signatures when required.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine safety checks to ensure optimal operation.
• Report any vehicle issues or delivery discrepancies promptly to supervisors for resolution.

Skills

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, with a strong understanding of route driving and time management.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Warehouse experience is preferred for handling loading/unloading processes efficiently.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely; certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety standards for box trucks and heavy vehicles.
• Physical strength for heavy lifting, moving items, and performing manual tasks throughout shifts.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission vehicles is desirable. Join us in delivering excellence! Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
