Delivery Driver

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. You will use your personal vehicle. This is a 1099. The company is open 7 days a week. We are looking for people with availability on the weekends. ONE WEEKEND DAY IS REQUIRED. Duties

• Sort, scan, and deliver packages.
• Delivery areas include Downtown and Highland–Terrace neighborhoods and Central Baton Rouge including the capital and parts of downtown, and other surrounding areas.
• Routes are sorted by zip codes.

Requirements

• Experience as a delivery driver Is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with route driving and navigation systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

Hello. We are contracted with GOFO. We deliver parcels door to door and are a same-day delivery service.

Pay

The rate is $1.55 per package. The way the pay works you receive your payment on Tuesday. The pay cycle starts on Monday and ends on Sunday. There is a one week hold before you receive your first direct deposit. If this is something that may work for you, we can get you started ASAP.

Schedule

Package pickup time is 5am-9:00am. We work 7 days a week. You're not required to work all 7 days. I do require that you work at least one weekend day.
