Duties

• Safely operate various commercial vehicles, including box trucks and other delivery vans, following all traffic laws and safety protocols.
• Load and unload goods using equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks, ensuring items are handled with care.
• Plan efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and meet delivery deadlines.
• Deliver packages directly to customers’ locations, providing friendly and professional service throughout each interaction.
• Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory management, moving stock, and organizing shipments to streamline operations.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety and compliance with transportation regulations.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, documentation, and reports for each trip to ensure transparency and accountability.

Skills

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, with a strong understanding of route driving and navigation skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
• Experience operating box trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual transmission vehicles is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures including load & unload processes and inventory handling.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience preferred.

Pay: $150.00 - $225.00 per day
