Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products efficiently across designated routes
• Load and unload merchandise, ensuring proper handling and heavy lifting safety protocols
• Navigate route driving with precision, using organizational skills to plan the most effective delivery sequences
• Engage with customers professionally, providing excellent service and addressing any questions or concerns
• Upsell additional products or services when appropriate, enhancing customer satisfaction and sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate delivery records, pricing information, and route documentation
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly to ensure safety and compliance

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license or equivalent with a clean driving record
• Strong math skills for handling pricing, measurements, and transaction details
• Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
• Experience in route driving, merchandising, or sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading and unloading processes
• Organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries within tight timeframes
• Prior military experience is a plus, demonstrating discipline and reliability in demanding environments
