Duties

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to residential and commercial locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Plan efficient delivery routes using route driving skills to maximize productivity and minimize delays
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, including heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring proper handling of goods
• Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns
• Upsell additional products or services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and sales outcomes
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including pricing details, delivery confirmations, and route logs
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure safety and compliance

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial driving with a clean driving record
• Strong math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and change when needed
• Excellent communication skills for clear interactions with customers and team members
• Ability to perform merchandising tasks such as product placement and inventory checks during deliveries
• Knowledge of route planning and route driving techniques for efficient deliveries
• Physical strength for heavy lifting and loading/unloading cargo safely
• Organizational skills to manage schedules, delivery documentation, and inventory efficiently
• Background in military service is a plus, demonstrating discipline, reliability, and teamwork

Pay: $23.29 - $28.05 per hour
