Driver Hiring FAQ – Finley logistics

Q1: Do I need my own car?

Yes. Drivers must have their own reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, insurance, and registration.

Q2: What shifts are available

Shift starts at 8 for grab and go

Part-time: 3 days per week

Full-time: 5 days per week

Q3: How much do I get paid?

$1.50 per stop second shift

Monroe- 1.85 per stop

Up to 200 stops per day (varies based on routes available, incoming volume and individual efficiency ratings

Q4: When do I get paid?

Weekly pay (every monday)

Q5: Do I get to pick my schedule?

Yes

Part-time: choose 3 days out of 7

Full-time: choose 5 days out of 7

Must work a Saturday or Sunday every other week

Q6: Where is the warehouse located?

northwood OH on Tracy rd
