Delivery Driver

Job Description
Beverage distributor in Weber County, Utah seeks CDL drivers for intrastate route delivery. We are a profitable mid-sized privately held company representing major suppliers. Our Company is growing rapidly and we pride ourselves on customer service that is the best in our highly competitive industry.

Responsibilities

• Unloading products from trucks to desired customer location in a way that does not disturb their business operations and provide them with excellent customer service
• Ability to safely maneuver hand truck/2 wheeler with product
• Performs daily safety checks on trucks before and after use as directed by delivery supervisors
• Maintains a clean appearance of truck as needed (inside and out)
• Coordinates maintenance on trucks as directed by delivery supervisors
• Reviewing invoices with customer personnel and collecting money from customers as needed
• Reconciles (inventory and consolidate) load at the end of the day prior to entering warehouse
• Balances load sheet at the end of each day. Resolves any delivery discrepancies within 24 hours of delivery
• Must be 21 years old
• Class A, CDL license required
• Able to work flexible hours
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Must have clean driving record
• Class A, CDL License needed
• Physical Requirements - While performing the duties of this job the employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 150 pounds
