Saber Logistics is searching for an individual that understands a culture that revolves around customer-focus and places the needs of the customer with utmost priority. Saber Logistics is a Delivery Service Partner for Amazon that is responsible for transporting packages to residential and businesses locations. Direct customer interaction is frequently required for these positions, which are often the first and/or last impression presented to the customer. Routes are created based on a 10 hour workday, times may fluctuate depending on the demand. DA’s are required to deliver 200+ packages on a given route.

Requirements:

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education required
• Must have a valid, current U.S. Driver’s License
• Meet age requirements (21 years old)
• Pass a motor vehicle record check
• Pass a five-panel drug screening test
• Own a smart phone
• Bilingual in English & Spanish (preferred but not required)

Additional Responsibilities:
Check vehicles before driving to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order.
Maintain the cleanliness of assigned vehicle and equipment.
Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles immediately. Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions, following signals from loading crew as needed; check that vehicle position is correct and any special loading equipment is properly positioned.
Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:
This is a physical, fast-paced, outdoor position that involves continual lifting, lowering and carrying packages that typically weigh 25 - 50 lbs.
