White Glove Delivery Driver – Furniture & Home Goods

Location: Chino, CA
Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: 3–5 days per week (weekend availability required)

About the Role

We are a white glove delivery company specializing in the in-home delivery of furniture and home goods throughout Southern California.

Drivers work in two-person teams to deliver, assemble, and setup furniture inside customers' homes while protecting the goods and customers' property while providing exceptional customer service.

Routes originate in Chino and service areas that include Santa Barbara, Coachella Valley, San Diego, Inland Empire, Orange County, LA / South Bay Area and surrounding areas.

Because we deliver high-value, custom furniture-- attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to follow instructions are critical.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 26-foot box truck
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Load, unload, and deliver furniture and home goods
• Protect floors, walls, doorways, and customer property
• Place items in the room of choice
• Perform basic furniture assembly
• Remove packaging and delivery debris
• Complete delivery paperwork and mobile app updates
• Collect signatures and payments when required
• Provide professional customer service

Requirements

• Valid California driver's license required. Applicants selected for employment must consent to a DMV driving record review.
• Ability to lift and maneuver 75–150+ lbs. furniture and home goods as a 2-person team
• Comfortable handling oversized furniture, including items over 8 feet tall
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working inside customers' homes / in a customer-facing environment
• Ability to communicate clearly to customers and thoroughly perform delivery procedures
• Experience with furniture delivery, moving, or box trucks preferred

Additional Information

• Start time is typically between 5:30 AM and 6:30 AM
• Routes continue until deliveries are complete
• Overtime is common due to route length and delivery requirements
• Weekly schedules, hours, and days worked vary based on delivery volume and customer availability
• Weekend availability is required
• Customer tips are common
