Schedule

• Day shifts only — start around 9:50 AM
• 4–5 days per week
• ~8 hours per shift
• Weekend availability may be required

This is not an easy job . We’re upfront about that because we’d rather you know now than quit in week two because it was more than you expected.

This is a performance-based role — how much you earn depends on how well you perform.

You will:

• Deliver 200–300+ packages per day
• Get in and out of the van 200+ times daily
• Walk 15,000–20,000 steps in all weather conditions
• Lift packages up to 50–60 lbs repeatedly
  
  

Most drivers say the first three weeks are the hardest work they've ever done .

After that?

Your body adapts. The route clicks. And you’re earning solid money doing independent work.

• 21+ years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Pass a background check
• Pass a drug test (THC excluded)
• Able to lift 60 lbs repeatedly
