Job Summary
Odell's Furniture is looking for a dependable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. This position involves delivering and setting up furniture in customers’ homes while providing excellent customer service. Also, a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and professionalism in all interactions with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse - unloading trucks and storing merchandise.
• Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
• Load and unload products, ensuring all items are secured properly for transit.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules while adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers during deliveries.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
• Assist in warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a delivery driver is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items and perform physical tasks associated with moving goods.
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented.
• Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policy.
• Hours include weekends and holidays.
