Pay Structure

• Training Days: $120–$130/day
• Regular Route Days: up to $170–$190/day with Daily Performance Incentives
• Route Experts (all routes known): $190+/day

Schedule

• Full-Time (4–6 days/week)
• Morning start times

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
• Ability to pass:
• Criminal background check
• Drug screening
• DOT physical
• Must be able to lift up to heavy packages and handle physical workload
• Prior delivery or driving experience is a plus

Job Responsibilities

• Safely deliver packages to homes and businesses
• Follow pre-planned delivery routes and time schedules
• Load and unload vehicle as needed
• Inspect vehicle daily and report any issues
• Maintain DOT compliance and safety standards
• Communicate professionally with customers and team
