Delivery Driver for FedEx Contractor

Hiring now. Accepting resumes for full and part-time delivery drivers at Wilson, NC terminal location.

Preferred candidates must be 21 years of age. Recent delivery experience preferred, but not required, full paid training will be provided. All deliveries are completed in commercial trucks. Looking for someone with a positive attitude, the ability to work independently, multitask, self-motivated, and a strong willingness to learn.

Qualified Candidates:

• Experience in Commercial driving (CDL NOT required)
• Clean criminal background, no felony convictions
• Clean driving record: no more than one moving violation in past 3 years, no license suspension or revocation within last 3 years, no DWI
• Passing of a DOT drug test and medical exam
• Ability to safely maneuver up to 150lbs (company hand truck provided)
• Experience driving trucks in excess of 10,001 lbs
• Must be at least 21 years of age

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to designated locations

• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
