Delivery Driver for Fedex Ground

About our company: We are new FedEx Ground route operator for Beltsville and Halethorpe, MD and now we are expanding to the White Marsh market. We are excited to have this opportunity to be in this space and would like to build a team that is courteous, treats everybody with dignity and respect and not discriminatory. We want to focus maintaining and improving customer satisfaction and safety of our drivers and the community.

We have a team of go getters and incentivized individuals. We have well experience drivers that’s excellent in mentoring new drivers. We always have emphasis on safety, respectfulness and a friendly work environment. We will not tolerate unfairness of any kind.

We are looking for an awesome responsible Delivery Driver to distribute products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and happy manner making sure our customers are satisfied with the experience.

Responsibilities
. Deliver any and all packages of up to 150 Lbs on a delivery route.
. Follow routes and time schedule
. Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle safely
. Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve client complaints
. Inform customer about new products and services
. Complete logs and reports, attend weekly meetings covering questions, concerns, complaints and safety
. Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
Skills
. Proven working experience as a Delivery
Driver
. Valid driver's license
. Ability to operate Delivery Vans/Trucks
in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
. Excellent organizational and time
management skills
. Good driving record with no traffic violations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $170.00 per day
