Duties

• Safely operate Ford Transit Van to deliver medical equipment to customers.
• Load and unload shipments using equipment such as hand dollies, portable ramps, and pallet jacks, ensuring proper handling of sensitive medical items.
• Some assembly may be required for equipment deliveries.
• Load, secure, and verify deliveries to ensure accuracy and prevent damage during transit.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and delivery records for compliance and tracking purposes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with healthcare staff, facility personnel, and patients during deliveries.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies to ensure safe driving practices at all times.
• Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory management, stock replenishment, and moving supplies within the facility when not on route.

Experience

• Previous delivery driver experience, preferably in a courier or medical supply setting
• Experience with warehouse operations including heavy lifting, moving supplies, and using equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and communication.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks regularly.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving <PERSON> driver or courier vehicles is a plus.
