Delivery Driver – FedEx Ground (Full-Time)

Position Overview:

As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering FedEx Ground packages to homes and businesses. You’ll represent EWCS and FedEx Ground with professionalism, integrity, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses

Follow assigned routes and meet daily delivery schedules

Load and unload packages at the terminal and customer locations

Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections

Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers

Use handheld devices for scanning and tracking

Maintain accurate delivery records

Comply with all DOT regulations and safety standards

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old

Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)

Clean driving record – no major violations in the past 3 years

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Able to lift up to 150 lbs and work in a physically demanding role

Strong time management and customer service skills

Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented

Preferred (but not required):

Previous experience delivering packages (Amazon, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

Familiarity with GPS navigation and scanning devices

High school diploma or equivalent
