Delivery Driver - Full time Delivery - Day Shift

About us

Institutional Care Pharmacy is an independent Long Term Care Pharmacy in Tiffin, Ohio. Our delivery drivers play an important role in providing medications, equipment and supplies to residents in nursing homes and assisted living facilities throughout the state of Ohio.

Our facility is seeking reliable delivery drivers to join our team. You’ll bring your skills and expertise to building a service conscious team that consistently looks to exceed expectations, meet needs and provide safe, accurate and efficient care.

Job Responsibilities

This position requires a valid driver's license and excellent driving skills. The ideal candidate will also have good customer service skills and be able to handle any customer inquiries in a professional manner.

• Operate COMPANY vehicle to deliver products to facilities
• Maintain a safe work area and comply with safety procedures
• Customer focused and team oriented
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle
• Perform tasks and duties with accuracy and efficiency
• Demonstrate timeliness, courtesy, reliability
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle and notify supervisor of any needed repairs or maintenance
• Drive a vehicle in a safe and responsible manner and comply with all applicable traffic laws
• Follow delivery routes and time schedules

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years old
• Pass a criminal background check
• Pass a motor vehicle driving record check
• Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to acquire D.O.T. Medical card
• Ability to drive a box truck, no CDL required
