Duties

• Assist delivery drivers with loading, unloading, and securing packages in box trucks or other commercial vehicles.
• Help navigate route driving directions to ensure timely deliveries across designated areas.
• Perform heavy lifting and moving tasks, including handling large or bulky items with care and safety.
• Use equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified) to load or unload shipments efficiently.
• Support the driver in verifying delivery addresses, collecting signatures, and documenting deliveries accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at the warehouse and during delivery routes.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations throughout the day.

Experience

• Prior experience in customer service or warehouse environments is highly desirable.
• Previous delivery driver experience or familiarity with route driving enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
• Hands-on experience operating box trucks or commercial vehicles with manual transmission is preferred.
• Knowledge of heavy lifting, moving large items, and using equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus.
• Strong physical stamina for manual labor tasks such as load & unload activities.
• Valid <PERSON> driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving certification is advantageous.
