Duties

• Assist delivery drivers with loading and unloading furniture from box trucks or commercial vehicles using manual lifting techniques, pallet jacks, or dollies
• Support route driving by helping to organize deliveries for efficient and timely completion
• Safely load and secure items in the vehicle to prevent damage during transit
• Help carry furntiture to customers’ doorsteps, OR INSIDE THEIR HOME ensuring excellent customer service and professionalism
• Collaborate with drivers to ensure all safety protocols are followed during loading, unloading, and driving activities
• Support warehouse operations by moving inventory as needed and preparing shipments for delivery
• basic knowledge on assembling furniture

Requirements

• Prior experience in delivery driver roles or courier services is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential!
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks safely and efficiently
• Comfortable with route driving and navigating various neighborhoods or areas confidently
• A CLEAN CRIMINAL BACKGROUND
