Job Summary

Jeannie Beauty Express (JBE) is an on-demand beauty supply delivery service bringing the products you love directly to your door — fast, reliably, and with care. We connect beauty professionals and enthusiasts across the Denver metro area with their favorite beauty supplies. JBE is built on community, quality service, and the belief that great beauty products should always be within reach.

We are looking for dependable, professional, and customer-focused independent contractor drivers to join our founding team. As a JBE delivery driver, you will be an essential part of bringing beauty products directly to customers across the Denver metro area using a mobile app.

Responsibilities

As a founding driver, you are part of building JBE from the ground up. Drivers who demonstrate reliability and professionalism will have priority access to expanded hours, higher-volume routes, and future opportunities as JBE scales.

• Accept on-demand delivery orders through the JBE driver app
• Pick up beauty supply orders from partner store locations during store business hours
• Deliver orders to customers safely, promptly, and professionally
• Maintain a positive, courteous, and on-brand customer experience
• Keep accurate delivery records and communicate promptly via the app
• Report any delivery issues or incidents in a timely manner

Experience

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license (Colorado or out-of-state U.S. license accepted)
• Reliable personal vehicle (car of any type)
• Valid personal auto insurance meeting Colorado state minimums
• Clean driving record
• Smartphone compatible with the JBE driver app (iOS or Android)
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Willingness to complete a background check (processed through Checkr)
• Beauty supply knowledge a plus — not required

COMPENSATION & CONTRACTOR TERMS

JBE drivers are independent contractors (1099) who are paid per delivery upon completion. Payment details, including timing and method, will be outlined in your independent contractor agreement. As a 1099 contractor, you are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and vehicle expenses.

HOW YOU EARN:

- $8.00 per completed delivery

- 100% of customer tips — paid instantly

- Estimated $16-$24+ per hour based on deliveries completed and tips received
