Delivery Driver (local)

Eztez Express is seeking to bring aboard an enthusiastic, self motivated, detailed oriented individual with a professional image to fill one of our driver positions. The right candidate must be PASSIONATE about providing first-class delivery experience to customers while possessing great work ethic and time management. The candidate will be responsible for building loads for delivery of general freight safely and expeditiously throughout the DFW metroplex and service pickups also. All deliveries are Curbside/Garage with NO HOOKUP, NO INSTALLATIONS, NO STAIRS or NO IN HOME deliveries. Time management is essential with this position. Candidate must begin the load on time in order to ensure the route is out of the warehouse in a timely manner.

Work week: Monday – Friday

Daily Start Time: 6:30 AM (Prompt)

Pay: $800-$1100/

Requirements:

• Professional appearance with a good attitude
• Good/Clean driving record with NO DUI's or DWI's
• Valid Class C license
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to read, speak, write, and communicate English fluently
• Must be able to pass D.O.T physical and DOT drug screening
• Stable employment history
• Must be able to pass background screening (Criminal and MVR)
• Ability to effectively prioritize, multi-task, manage time, organize and execute daily route.
• Ability to perform daily pre-trip truck inspections before route as well as weekly basic truck inspections such as fluid levels etc….
• Must be able to operate a pallet jack
• Must be able to lift up to 150 pounds
• Smart phone required with ability to download work app
• Must have:
• AT LEAST 1 year Verifiable Experience driving 26ft Box truck
• Minimum of 25 years of age
• Clean motor vehicle record
