Delivery Driver - Medical Wheelchairs and Equipment

We currently have an exciting opportunity to support our operations in Nashville, TN as a Medical Equipment Delivery Driver and repair technician – DME. Qualified candidates will have excellent oral and written communication skills, must be detail oriented with the ability to multitask and be comfortable in a Long Term Care environment (nursing Homes), possess a High School diploma or GED, must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, and pass a background check. Responsibilities include: traveling to skilled nursing facilities in a company vehicle to deliver/pickup equipment (full size wheelchairs and lifts), educating the patient on the use of the equipment, cleaning and inspecting equipment, maintaining storage unit space. You will learn how to service/repair wheelchairs at customer locations. You will also meet with sales reps in the field to exchange product. In addition, the candidate must be able to move equipment, mainly large non collapsible wheelchairs, in and out of a van. The pay for this role is $15/hr and will be part-time. A company credit card is issued for fuel expenses.
