Delivery Driver - Non CDL ( FedEx Independent Service Provider)

Job Summary
Monster Logistics contracts with FedEx Ground. We are seeking reliable and dedicated Delivery Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to handle heavy lifting, and knowledge of operating different types of vehicles, including box trucks and vans.

Duties

• Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and vans, to transport goods to designated locations.
• Load and unload products efficiently while ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Navigate routes effectively using GPS or maps to ensure timely deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and any discrepancies in shipments.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Assist with moving items as needed, which may involve heavy lifting and manual handling tasks.
• Utilize forklifts when necessary for loading and unloading larger items.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience as a courier or delivery driver preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and practices is essential.
• Ability to lift heavy items consistently throughout the workday.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Experience in moving or logistics is advantageous.
• Must be at least 21 years of age
