Position Overview:

As a Delivery Driver, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for bringing joy to customers' doorsteps. You'll navigate local routes in an branded van, delivering packages with precision and efficiency. Successful delivery drivers enjoy being out on the road driving, put safety first, and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Packages: Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers' homes and businesses while providing exceptional service
• Route Navigation: Use navigation technology to plan and optimize delivery routes, ensuring on-time deliveries
• Safety First: Adhere to safety protocols, traffic laws, and safety standards, including the use of personal protective equipment
• Package Handling: Load and unload packages from the delivery van with care, ensuring the integrity of the products
• Customer Interaction: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any delivery-related inquiries
• Vehicle Maintenance: Report any issues promptly to ensure the van's reliability
• Documentation: Accurately record and maintain delivery logs, manifests, and other required documentation

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs and engage in physical activities such as bending, stooping, and walking for extended periods
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Previous delivery experience is a plus but not required
