EMPLOYEE STOCK OWNERSHIP PLAN (ESOP)
The Employee Stock Ownership Plan, commonly known as an ESOP, is a retirement benefit for all employee-owners. Similar to a 401K, only better! As a Delivery Driver, the primary duties and obligations include but are not limited to delivering aftermarket automotive parts and accessories over established routes or within an established territory. The driver must pull and stage from stock in the warehouse, load, and drive a non-commercial delivery van to deliver the products to our customers.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately pull products from warehouse stock and stage outgoing orders for delivery.
Operate non-commercial delivery vehicles to customers locations throughout the respective territory.
Collect COD and credit card payments from active accounts and customers.
Perform housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe working vehicle.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Possess a valid drivers license.
Meet insurance requirements, including a minimum of three years of driving experience with a clean record.
Ability to operate a smartphone for customer payment collection and timekeeping tasks.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software, including inventory database programs.
Strong knowledge of customer and personal service principles, including customer needs assessment, meeting service quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
Excellent active listening skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
