Delivery Driver Wanted - Class E MO License

Delivery Driver

Farm to Market Bread Co. is expanding into the St. Louis. MO area. We are seeking dependable, customer-focused Delivery Drivers to support our growing operations. This role is responsible for transporting products from cold storage facilities to local grocery partners, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality deliveries.

This position reports directly to the Driver and Assistant Driver Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute efficient daily delivery routes to assigned retail locations
• Verify order accuracy and quantities prior to loading to ensure all deliveries are complete
• Load delivery vehicles with scheduled wholesale orders
• Use company tablets and DSD software to manage invoices, record proof of delivery, and process credits or returns
• Deliver, stock, and rotate products at customer locations while removing stale or unsellable items for return
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and service-oriented relationship with all customers
• Communicate delays, discrepancies, or customer concerns promptly to sales and management teams
• Perform occasional pickups along routes
• Monitor vehicle condition and report maintenance needs to management
• Unload vehicles at the end of each shift and maintain cleanliness at all times
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards at the warehouse, in transit, and at delivery locations
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
• Perform other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and current DOT medical card
• Clean motor vehicle record (background check required)
• Ability to follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, and company food safety standards
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and move through a full range of motion
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to load and unload products with or without equipment in varying weather conditions
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles in all weather conditions
