Pay Range: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Position Overview

SRC Supply is seeking a dependable, personable, and service-driven Delivery Driver to represent our company in the field. This role is more than just driving — you are the face of SRC Supply to our customers. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company delivery vehicles
• Load and unload products (must be able to lift up to 100 lbs safely)
• Ensure accurate order verification before delivery
• Deliver orders in a timely and professional manner
• Build positive relationships with customers onsite
• Collect signatures, payments (if applicable), and required documentation
• Assist in warehouse tasks when not on deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle
• Communicate clearly with Operations and Sales teams regarding deliveries
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues immediately
• Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures

Required Qualifications

• Clean driving record (must provide MVR upon request)
• Valid Arizona driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs safely and consistently
• Strong customer service skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Basic math and order verification skills
• Ability to use GPS/navigation tools and mobile devices

Preferred Qualities

• Previous delivery or warehouse experience
• Forklift certification (or willingness to become certified)
• Knowledge of Phoenix/Tucson area routes
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong time management

Physical Requirements

• Lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs
• Frequent bending, standing, and walking
• Ability to work in warehouse and outdoor environments, including heat

Work Schedule

Monday–Friday (Hours based on delivery schedule and operational needs)

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
