Delivery Driver/Budtender

Sales experience preferred but not required. This position will be 25 - 35 hrs a week roughly.

Applicant must be able to:
Provide MMJ Permit/Oregon Drivers License

Clean driving record for the last 3 years. We provide the delivery vehicle.
Have reliable transportation
Provided excellent customer service
Know and understand laws and regulations around cannabis ( Daily Limits, Exit Packaging, ect.)
Be on time
Be a professional on the sales floor
Have a thorough knowledge of cannabis and basic applications
Understand practical use cases of cannabis and make recommendations based on customer needs
Basic knowledge in - cannabis genetics, terpenes and cannabinoids. Growing knowledge is a bonus but not required
Understand the sales process
Listen to the customer
Hold yourself accountable
Work as a team
Communicate
