Delivery Driver/Production Assistant

Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented team member to join our Signs & Graphics team as a Delivery Driver and Production Assistant. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on production work and time on the road. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our products are produced accurately and delivered safely and on time to our customers.

Delivery Duties:

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver signs, graphics, and materials to job sites and clients
• Load and unload products, ensuring items are handled with care
• Verify delivery orders and obtain signatures when required
• Plan routes and communicate any delays or issues

Production Assistance:

• Assist with the fabrication and assembly of signs and graphics
• Operate basic tools and equipment (training provided)
• Prepare materials for printing, cutting, and installation
• Maintain a clean and organized production area
• Support team members with general shop tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Previous experience in delivery, warehouse, or sign production is a plus (but not required)
