Delivery Driver & Warehouse Assistant

Daniel’s Vineyard is a family-owned, full production winery and 20-acre estate vineyard. We are seeking a passionate individual who has a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to help our production team! This position will support the efforts of our production team by working closely with our management team and winemaker.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
• Follow routes and time schedule
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
• Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
• Collect payments
• Inform customers about new products and services
• Complete logs and reports
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
• Organize Production Warehouse
• Fulfill orders and manage inventory
• Participate in the Production schedule

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver
• Valid professional driver’s license
• Ability to operate forklifts and tractors in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good driving record with no traffic violations
• High school degree
• Detailed oriented work style
• Extensive walking, standing for long periods and the ability to occasionally lift 50lbs.
• Daytime Availability Wednesdays & Fridays 10am-4pm

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
