Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle heavy lifting, as well as operate various types of vehicles including box trucks and forklifts. Job will also require order processing and inventory management.

Duties

• Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks.
• Load and unload products, ensuring all items are secured for transport.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery logs and customer signatures.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance.
• Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts for efficient loading and unloading of goods.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety practices.
• Experience operating a forklift is a plus; certification may be required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
