Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate

Liteworks Window & Door specializes in the distribution and retail sales of Label Line windows and doors for high-end residential and commercial projects in Charleston, SC, Coastal Georgia and Northeast Florida. We are looking for a Warehouse Lead/Delivery Driver for our growing window and door distribution company. This position is responsible for receiving, unloading and loading trucks, making deliveries, as well as organizing and maintaining the warehouse. Each team member operates within a warehouse team environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Audit incoming and outgoing orders to ensure 100% quality

Maintain warehouse, keeping it clean and organized

Receive, load and unload delivery trucks

Deliver products to jobsites and ensure that the products are placed in a safe location and all paperwork is completed

Coordinate deliveries with sales people and customers.

Coordinate incoming deliveries

Coordinate delivery truck reservations, pickups and returns

Be professional and courteous when dealing with customers

Must be able to drive a 26’ box truck (non-CDL)

Assist on window and door service calls if needed (training provided).

Comply with company regulations to ensure a safe workplace

Work as a team to accomplish all productivity goals efficiently and accurately

Job requires delivery of windows and doors to jobsites in Charleston and surrounding areas as well as Coastal, GA and Northeast FL.

Perform job task as assigned by Supervisor

Required skills & Qualifications:

Experience working in shipping/receiving preferred

Experience loading and unloading trucks helpful

Must be dependable

Must be able to work independently without supervision

Understand processes and procedures and perform accordingly

Experience driving up to 26’ box truck (no CDL required)

Computer proficiency, and ability to learn new skills

Highly organized and strong attention to accuracy and detail

Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet daily productivity standards

Willing and able to stand and walk for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation

Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs., and may weigh up to 70+ lbs.

Ability to pass a Drug Screen, DOT Physical and Background Screen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour to start with guaranteed pay increase after 90-day probationary period based on positive review and ability to complete all aspects of job duties with little to no supervision.

Expected hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm. Hours can vary on days when out-of-town deliveries are necessary. Some overtime is possible.
