Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate

As one of the highest volume Benjamin Moore Paint Dealers in the South Bay, we have established a great reputation for providing the highest quality paints and stains, while providing an excellent customer service experience to everyone that walks through our doors.
We're looking for a dynamic individual, part time or full time with a clean DMV record, to help us with the following tasks:

Warehouse Receiving (50%-60% of the day) - We receive shipments everyday, Monday - Friday. This can range from a 1/2 pallet of paint sundries, to 15 pallets of single and five-gallon paint pails, weighing up to 60lbs per pail.
Checking in material safely and efficiently, and then moving it to the correct location (with a handtruck/dolly) is the majority of this portion of the job.

Daily Deliveries and Store Transfers (40%-50% of the day) - We transfer material between our 5 stores, and deliver to customer's job site's, and offices/shops.
You will be responsible for independently loading/unloading material from the delivery truck, then transporting it safely to a drop off point, or to one of our other location's warehouses (using a handtruck).
All 5 of our stores are with 10-25 minutes of one another. On an average day, we have 2 transfers between stores and at least 2 deliveries.
We limit most of our deliveries to the greater Santa Clara and southern Alameda County area. Usually we offer a morning (9am) delivery or transfer run, and also an afternoon (1pm) delivery/transfer run.

Qualifications:
-->Customer service experience is preferred. You must be comfortable communicating with your team at the store, and also interacting with customers when you are on a job site or office/shop delivery.
-->You must be comfortable and able to lift up to 75lbs.
-->You must be comfortable with standing for up to 7 hours.
-->The idea candidate will have no points on their driving record (CLEAN), and be able to prove it by providing a recent DMV print out from on/after 6/14/2026.
-->We are looking for reliable candidate that wants to work, can get to work on time, has their own reliable vehicle to get to work, and has their own independent auto insurance policy.
-->We need a candidate who has availability within our business hours. The usual schedule will be somewhere around 8am until 3pm, Monday through Friday.
-->This position requires a successful road test alongside the Operations Manager or Owner of South Bay Paints.
