Duties

• Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles to deliver products to customers across designated routes.
• Load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling and safety.
• Verify delivery addresses, complete delivery documentation, and obtain signatures from customers upon receipt.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse, preparing goods for shipment and storage.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections, report any maintenance issues, and adhere to all safety regulations during driving and warehouse activities.
• Assist with inventory management by counting stock, organizing storage areas, and updating records accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions professionally during deliveries and pickups.

Skills

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or warehouse worker with a strong understanding of route driving.
• Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience; proficiency in operating box trucks or similar vehicles with manual transmission.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and moving tools; certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy loads regularly and perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting and moving goods.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Strong organizational skills for load & unload processes, route planning, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to driving, warehouse operations, and equipment handling. Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
