Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker

We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused Delivery Driver to join our company. This role is responsible for delivering roofing materials to job sites, assisting with loading/unloading, and providing excellent customer service to contractors and homeowners. The ideal candidate is reliable, has good driving judgment, and is comfortable handling building materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate delivery vehicles.
• Load and unload roofing materials, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.
• Deliver orders to residential and commercial job sites on schedule.
• Use proper lifting techniques and equipment as needed.
• Perform daily inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Secure loads in compliance with safety and DOT regulations.
• Follow all company safety guidelines and job site protocols.
• Maintain clean and organized trucks and equipment.
• Provide friendly, professional service at all delivery locations.
• Assist with loading trucks, stocking materials and general yard organization.
• Help with inventory counts and material checks.
• Pull and Prepare orders accurately for pickup or delivery.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks or other material-handling equipment (training available).
• Assist walk-in customers and contractors with loading materials.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Must have a good driving record to be able to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Ability to read delivery paperwork, maps and follow GPS directions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Schedule:

Monday - Saturday

7:00 am to 4:00 pm

(Overtime may be required).

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
