Duties

• Safely operate flatbed trucks and other commercial vehicles to deliver goods to various locations following designated routes
• Load and unload shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring proper handling of all items
• Assist with warehouse organization, including moving inventory, stacking pallets, and maintaining cleanliness
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries by addressing customer questions and ensuring a positive experience
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections, report any maintenance issues, and adhere to all safety protocols
• Plan efficient routes to maximize delivery accuracy and timeliness while complying with traffic laws and regulations
• Support warehouse operations by performing manual lifting of heavy items and assisting with product assembly as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, with knowledge of route driving and navigation skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating a flatbed truck or similar vehicle preferred
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor safely and effectively
• Prior warehouse experience including use of forklifts, pallet jacks, or product assembling is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow safety procedures diligently
