Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial vehicles such as box trucks and <PERSON> drivers to deliver goods to various locations following assigned routes.
• Load and unload products using equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring items are handled with care and precision.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after trips to maintain safety standards and report any issues promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and inventory records to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in warehouse tasks such as organizing stock, moving inventory, and preparing shipments for dispatch.
• Follow all safety protocols related to heavy lifting, manual transmission driving, and warehouse equipment operation to prevent accidents.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with a solid track record in route driving and customer service.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks involved in moving goods safely and efficiently.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual transmission vehicles is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for load & unload procedures and route planning.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus, along with knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy lifting and vehicle operation. Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
